Hi. I'm Kim.

Since beginning my career in 2004 I've established a reputation for delivering high-impact global projects; often producing innovative design solutions with limited resources. I've always believed that great design can enhance environments while still being cost conscious. There is always a way to both increase ROI and brand presence.

During my tenure as a design leader I have worked within both architecture firms and directly for brands with a diverse range of clients, including retail, commercial, and institutional. I'm skilled in managing teams & matrix organizations, thrive in collaborative environments and understand that great designs are born from strategic thinking & strategic planning. My areas of specialty include prototype development & rollout, fixture design, project management, retail design, retail planning, omni experiences & retail strategy.

Layering over my professional credentials you'll also find I carryover soft skills from my personal life. I am a master of conflict resolution being raised a Red Sox fan but marrying a Yankees one. I'm also a skilled multi-tasker and fierce negotiator raising 3 daughters and a stubborn French Bulldog.
